Jihai graduated from Imperial College London as a PhD. After that, he has ever worked in different global large banks, such as RBS, UBS, Barclays and HSBC. He started to work on DevOps since 2012 as the DevOps Lead/Champion in Barclays bank in the UK. In 2016, he joined HSBC London headquarter and was transferred to HSBC Technology China in 2018 to lead DevOps/DevSecOps transformation for 1500+ development employees. Since 2018 to 2021, Jihai has been invited as the speaker at 30+ different conferences to share his experience on DevOps and DevSecOps. Jihai is also the author of book “DevSecOps Practice”.
