Andy Shaw developed a career as a tester, after initially wanting to be a software developer after graduating from university, because of the creativity and potential career path that he could shape, which testing offered him. Andy continually seeks to develop his knowledge and experience of testing, including mobile, database, cross browser and exploratory testing (which he is an advocate of). He also does public speaking on a range of subjects, including testing, career development and mental health. Andy is also passionate about promoting mental health awareness and learning more about reducing the stigma of mental health.
