Accelerating deliveries : embrace that uncomfortable feeling
Our attempts to rapidly release value to customers by accelerating delivery frequency can stall when there are conflicts between an aspiration for speed and the reality of lack of comfort, safety and clarity of purpose. Our teams may feel intent-less: disconnected from our vision and objectives. Our early adopters may be in conflict with the late majority who view notions of “faster” with scepticism.
