I am an experienced knowledge management professional with a passion for developing, supporting, and training individuals in the Public Sector to maximise the potential of Communities of Practice and Online Communities via Knowledge Hub (Global Public Service Community With expertise in community management, KM strategy and delivery, open-source technology (Liferay), social media, online and offline training, online collaboration, project management, and digital marketing, I bring a comprehensive skill set to the table. I co-led the Knowledge and Community Network, nI am a proud friend of the Henley Forum and previously facilitated the Communities of Practice SIG at the Knowledge and Innovation network (KIN) and was part of the APM Knowledge SIG.
