Cross-Organizational connections are key for the success of the Dutch National Police work for society. Think about their work on safety & security, environment and crime prevention, there is a whole network of internal and external collaborators involved. With our collaborative KM approach and tools we ran an inventory and analysis of their cross organizational knowledge and connections. We present this case and the results.
